Put simply, we’re your one-stop building approvals shop!
Not only will we guide you through the building approval process, from drafting to building completion, we’ll also take on the task of organising all the services for your build or renovation, leaving you free from the stress and pressure of trying to coordinate the multitude of people and paperwork required to complete a project. (And we know, there can be a LOT.) This means you’ll have more time and energy to focus on getting the job done, building your own business, or living your life.
We’re based in Perth, Western Australia and support clients throughout the state on a range of large and small projects. We work with builders, businesses, homeowners – really anyone who wants support in managing the services required for home improvements, home renovations and new home builds.
When we say one-stop-shop, we really mean it. (We’re not called “Complete” Approvals for nothing!) We can become your single point of contact for a wide range of building services, including:

Hi! I’m Kosoula Chase.
I have a passion for design and drafting, and count myself lucky to honestly say I still love what I do after more than 15 years in the industry. I’m driven, love to be busy, a bit of a perfectionist, and am willing to give anything a try. My absolute favourite saying is by Audrey Hepburn: “There is no such thing as impossible, the word itself says I’m Possible.” It kinda sums me up really!
After completing my Diploma of Building Design and Drafting in 2001, I dove right into the building and renovation industry. In my corporate job I was dealing with a lot of builders and home renovators who were struggling to manage everything when it came to the building approvals they needed to get the job done. I saw there was a gap in the market, and after speaking to some clients, realised I was on to something.
I wanted to make other people’s lives easier by taking the stress away from the approvals process and giving them the freedom to just deal with one person for all their building and renovation needs. My vision was to handle everything from drafting, to council approvals, to organising secondary consultants such as engineers and building surveyors – and Complete Approvals was born!
I started the business in October 2016 as a side hustle. I was working 4 days a week part-time in the corporate job, picking up my kids from school, organising the house in the evenings, putting the kids to bed, and then would start working on my own business. This continued for the next 2 years until I grew my business enough to leave the corporate job. I’ve been working 100% for myself since January 2019 and now I employ three staff members and a contract draftsperson. It’s a pretty good feeling!
My work has seen me tackle projects of all sizes, from small patio extensions to large scale housing renovations and new homes. But no matter how big or small, that look on my clients’ faces when they fall in love with the finished product is my favourite moment, and a major part of why I love what I do!
Complete Approvals, located in Perth, WA, is a “one stop shop” and takes the worry of dealing with councils and the time needed for applications and paper work away. We deal with the paper work, councils, follow ups and liaise with engineers and surveyors, so you have more time to focus on the important things.
